3、 Operation process
Degreasing and degreasing -------- Cleaning -------- Electrolytic polishing -------- Cleaning -------- Soaking washing -------- Drying and packaging
Process description:
1. After cleaning and degreasing, rinse the water.
2. Heat the stainless steel electrolytic polishing solution to 55-75 ℃ (quartz rod or titanium heating rod can be used for heating), and stop heating after reaching the required temperature. Fix the hanger
On the anode bar, turn on the power rectifier switch, adjust the voltage to 5-12 volts, and the polishing time is 30 seconds to 10 minutes (the mirror effect can be thrown out as soon as 9 seconds).
3. Soak and wash for 3 minutes, with optional process, drying and packaging.
4、 Precautions
1. There should be no traces of water before the workpiece is lowered into the groove, or it will cause pitting on the workpiece.
2. The polishing liquid shall not contact the skin.
3. Operators need to wear labor protection equipment during operation to avoid contact between liquid medicine and skin.
4. The waste liquid shall be discharged when it needs to be neutralized to neutral (PH value is 7) by adding flake alkali.
5. Stainless steel electrolytic polishing solution is non combustible and non explosive, but it should be protected from direct sunlight. When not in use, it should be sealed and stored below 45 ℃.
