In February this year, the world's first 220 ton pure electric mining dump truck independently developed by Xiangdian Group was successfully rolled off the production line and entered the stage of industrial trial operation. "The orders received now, plus the 120 ton ones, total more than 120 sets, and the annual production plan has been fully covered," said Yang Bo, chairman of the company.

Mining transport vehicles have large load bearing capacity and long operation time, which require high mechanical strength and system stability. The 220 ton pure electric mining dump truck developed by the Group has full independent intellectual property rights and is mainly used for rock stripping and mineral transportation of large open pit coal mines and metal mines, as well as the construction of large water conservancy hubs.

Yang Bo introduced that this model uses a battery capacity of more than 2900kWh, breaking the limit of 2900kWh for the first time in the world. At the same time, in order to reduce the charging time and improve the operating efficiency, 3MW DC fast charging technology is used, which enables full load operation for about 8 hours after one hour of charging, and zero carbon dioxide emissions. The vehicle adopts the national electric transmission system, and its dynamic response performance exceeds that of traditional fuel vehicles, effectively reducing energy consumption.

"Taking coal mining as an example, if diesel vehicles are used, the mining cost of each ton of coal is about 4 to 7 yuan, but if this pure tram is used, the cost can be reduced to 0.6 to 0.8 yuan." Yang Bo gave an example. He said that the use of this model will strongly promote the mining transportation industry to move towards a green, low-carbon and sustainable development direction, and have a positive impact on the entire industrial chain.

This is one of the achievements of XEMC in accelerating the construction of an energy-saving and efficient, green and environment-friendly, digital and intelligent, high-end and modern development system closely around the national "double carbon" strategy in recent years.

In Yuetang, there is more than one example of promoting manufacturing to "intelligent manufacturing" through scientific and technological innovation.

The newly developed 1300 MPa ultra-high strength structural steel plate of Xianggang Group can reduce the weight of construction machinery equipment by 10%, and reduce the driving fuel consumption and working fuel consumption by 3% to 5%; 33 enterprises including Xiangtan Electric Co., Ltd. and Hunan Xianggang Ruitai Technology Co., Ltd. have successfully established 44 intelligent production lines; 45 enterprises such as Jinbei Electrical Electromagnetic Wire Co., Ltd. and Hunan Xianggang Metal Material Technology Co., Ltd. have created 255 intelligent stations

Zhang Yehong, the head of the company's project department, told reporters that in the past, the company's production reports often took three to five days or even a week to come out, It is now available the same day, which is more convenient for cost accounting and helps enterprises reduce costs and increase efficiency.

Feeling the effects brought by digitalization, Weihong Food Company is still carrying out intelligent transformation on the slaughtering production line, which is expected to be completed in June this year.
