1、 Identified object
If they have not reached the national statutory retirement age, and have a bungalow area household registration, residence permit (within the validity period), or active servicemen and armed police in the Black Army, full-time graduate students and college upgraded students in bungalow areas can apply for recognition as undergraduate or junior college graduates in bungalow areas.
The policy for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents to apply for the accreditation of teachers in bungalow areas shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Notice of the Secretary Administration Department of the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council of the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China's Taiwan Affairs Office of the General Office of the Ministry of Education on Issues Related to Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Residents' Application for the Qualifications of Primary and Secondary School Teachers in the Mainland (Mainland) (Teacher's Office [2019] No. 1), except for special provisions, The educational background, other conditions and procedural requirements for applying for recognition of teacher qualifications are the same as those for mainland (mainland) applicants. (For those who meet the above scope of accreditation, please add the QQ group number 583233721, which will be recognized as a teacher in the autumn 2022 in the bungalow area of the QQ group. 2、 Recognition conditions
1. Abide by the Constitution and laws, love education, have good political and psychological quality, fulfill the obligations stipulated in the Teachers Law, and abide by teachers' professional ethics; No bad conduct and criminal record.
2. Have the corresponding education background specified in the Teachers Law and other laws and regulations.
3. Participated in the national unified examination for the qualification of primary and secondary school teachers and obtained the "Primary and Secondary School Teachers Qualification Examination" within the validity period
Qualification Certificate of Teacher Qualification Examination; Or educational postgraduates and normal students who are included in the reform scope of examination free recognition and have obtained the Professional Competence Certificate of Normal Students and Teachers within the validity period.
4. The Putonghua proficiency test reaches the standard of Grade II Grade B and above, and the corresponding level is obtained
Certificate (the level of Putonghua applied for is required to be Level II Grade A or above);
5. Medical certificate issued by the hospital designated by the Education Bureau of Pingfang District;
3、 Scope of identification
To apply for the qualification of teachers in kindergartens, primary schools and junior middle schools, if the household registration, residence, school, and military station are in the jurisdiction of the bungalow district, you can apply for recognition at the Education Bureau of the bungalow district. The qualification shall be determined by the municipal (local) education administrative department of the applicant's residence, school or troop.
4、 Identification procedure
（1） Online application procedure
1. Online application for login to China Teacher Qualification Network http://www.jszg.edu.cn ）Select the "Online Application Portal for Teacher Qualification Accreditation Applicants" for application, and apply for online application for teacher qualification accreditation according to the prompts. Online reporting time: 9:00 a.m. on September 26, 2022 to 17:00 p.m. on October 14, 2022
2. The online photos of Chinese teachers' qualifications and the photos of the holders of teachers' qualifications certificates are uniformly used for the bareheaded front 1-inch color white background ID photos (upload format JPG/JPEG, no more than 190K) in the past six months. (The online photos of Chinese teachers' qualifications, the photos of teachers' qualifications certificates and the photos of physical examination forms must be the same bottom photo. If the photos do not meet the requirements and cannot be updated in time, the teachers' qualifications will not be recognized successfully, and all the consequences arising therefrom will be borne by the applicant.)
3. When applying online, applicants should strictly implement relevant policies and regulations, strictly follow the network prompts, carefully input and select information, especially for the name, gender, birth date, nationality, ID card number, teacher qualification type, teaching discipline and other items
Check carefully. When selecting a teaching discipline, you must select the innermost subdirectory to complete the filling. The registration number and personal information generated after the successful submission of the applicant's declaration information are the important basis for modifying the registration information and on-site confirmation.
（2） Site confirmation procedure

3. The applicant submits the following materials:
① The original of second-generation ID card (within the validity period) or temporary residence card (within the validity period); Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan applicants shall provide residence permits for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents or travel permits for Hong Kong and Macao residents to and from the mainland, and travel permits for Taiwan residents to and from the mainland with a five-year validity period;
② Original diploma (not required if the electronic information of China Teacher Qualification Network is correct);
Special note: In the process of reviewing the materials, if the academic certificate is correct through the comparison of the electronic information of China Teacher Qualification Network, it is not necessary to submit a paper copy of the materials, but it is necessary to show the original of the academic certificate. If the academic information can not be verified by the "Teacher Qualification Management Information System", the original academic certificate and the certification materials of academic qualification authentication shall be provided for on-site confirmation.
Special note: applicants whose educational background information cannot be verified should check in advance on Xuexin website (website: https://www.chsi.com.cn/xlrz/rhsq_index.js ）Print the diploma certification report.
Applicants holding academic degree certificates from universities in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan should provide the original Certificate of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Academic Degrees issued by the Overseas Study Service Center of the Ministry of Education. Only this certificate of academic degree certification is considered valid. Applicants holding academic degree certificates of foreign universities and colleges shall provide the original Certificate of Foreign Academic Degree issued by the Overseas Study Service Center of the Ministry of Education. Only this certificate of academic degree certification is considered valid.
Special note: It is recommended that applicants with Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan degrees or foreign degrees should go to the Online Service Hall of the Overseas Study Service Center of the Ministry of Education for academic degree certification in advance (website: http://zwfw.cscse.edu.cn/ )。
③ Personal Commitment Letter (the applicant shall scan the code, sign and upload it as required during online reporting);
④ The physical examination qualification form issued by the hospital at or above the county level designated by the Education Bureau of Pingfang District. The physical examination standard is in accordance with the Notice on Doing a Good Job in Physical Examination of Personnel Applying for Teacher Qualification (Hei Jiao Shi Ban [2004] No. 44) and the Notice of the Ministry of Education Teacher Qualification Guidance Center on Adjusting the Physical Examination Standard of Personnel Applying for Teacher Qualification in Kindergarten (Jiao Zi Zi [2010]) 15);
(The photos pasted on the physical examination form should be consistent with the photos reported online, and the time of physical examination will be notified later)
⑤ Certificate of Qualification for Primary and Secondary School Teachers' Qualification Examination or Certificate of Professional Competence of Teachers' Students (printed by the applicant on the national primary and secondary school teachers' qualification examination website (ntce. neea. edu.cn), and can not be submitted if the electronic information of China Teachers' Qualification Network is correct);
⑥ The original of Mandarin Proficiency Test Grade Certificate (not required if the electronic information of China Teacher Qualification Network is correct); The original Mandarin certificate is not required to be submitted when the Mandarin level test information is verified by the "Teacher Qualification Management Information System". If the Mandarin level test information cannot pass the verification, the original Mandarin certificate shall be provided at the time of on-site confirmation.
Special note: The applicant is on the national Putonghua training and testing information resource network (website: http://www.cltt.org/studentscore ）If you can't find the score, certificate collection, certificate reissue and other issues, please contact the test station where you took the Mandarin test for consultation.
⑦ If you apply for confirmation in the residence registration place of the bungalow district, you should submit your own residence registration book or the original certificate of collective residence registration; In case of application for confirmation at the place of residence, the original valid residence permit shall be submitted; If the application is based on the location of the school, the original student card with complete registration information shall be submitted; The active servicemen and the armed police in the Black Army shall provide the personnel relationship certificate issued by the organization and personnel department of the unit or unit to which they belong, which shall clearly indicate that the applicant belongs to the Black Army.
⑧ Original certificate of no crime. Mainland (mainland) applicants do not need to submit a crime free certificate, which is verified by the identification agency. Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents who apply for the identification of teacher qualifications must submit a crime free certificate, which is issued by the relevant departments of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan.
⑨ One one inch white background bareheaded photo of myself (the same as the base plate photo of the application form and medical examination form), and the name, school section, discipline and the last four digits of the ID card shall be marked on the back of the photo.
⑩ Other certificates
In addition to the above information, the personnel who have confirmed the qualification of practice instructor in secondary vocational schools shall also provide the original of the primary professional technical post certificate or the technical grade certificate of intermediate and above workers.
All applicants for teacher qualification accreditation must provide all accurate personal information, and ensure that they comply with the relevant policies and regulations on the category and conditions of teacher qualification accreditation in the National Teacher Law, the Regulations on Teacher Qualification and the Measures for the Implementation of the Regulations on Teacher Qualification, and must not provide false or false information. If the application for teacher qualification cannot be recognized due to the provision of false or untrue personal information, the applicant shall bear all responsibilities and be punished according to the relevant provisions on personal integrity.
Special tips: All those who meet the above identification conditions should add the QQ group bungalow area autumn 2022 teacher qualification group. The QQ group number is 583233721, and the relevant material download and future work notices and requirements are published in the group. If you miss the relevant notice due to personal reasons, you will bear the consequences.
（3） Issue certificate
The date of obtaining the teacher qualification certificate shall be the date of the notice issued in the 2022 autumn teacher qualification recognition group of the QQ group in the bungalow area. To obtain the teacher qualification certificate, you need to bring your own ID card.
5、 Requirements for epidemic prevention and control
According to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control work, strictly implement various prevention and control measures, adopt methods such as staggered time and peak, reasonably arrange time, and safely and orderly promote the identification work.
The applicant must strictly comply with the requirements and cooperate in epidemic prevention and control and teacher qualification certification.
6、 Relevant policy requirements
（1） To get the teacher qualification certificate and the application form for teacher qualification recognition, you should bring your ID card or residence card to the designated place according to the date published by the Education Bureau in the bungalow area. The application form for teacher qualification recognition should be put into your personal file (whether you can mail it or not is subject to the final notice).
（2） After online reporting, the applicant should remember his/her registration number and show it during on-site confirmation. In the upper right corner of the physical examination report submitted by me, the registration number shall be indicated with a pencil, and the same white background, bareheaded and one inch certificate photo as the online report shall be pasted as required.
（3） According to regulations, the same applicant cannot apply for two or more teacher qualifications in the same natural year
