1、 Candidates must meet the following conditions when taking the exam
1. Longjiang health code is "green code";
2. Persons who do not belong to the confirmed cases of COVID-19 (suspected cases, asymptomatic infections) or close contacts of confirmed cases or close contacts of close contacts;
3. Those who are not in isolation period, medical observation period or other restricted mobility due to epidemic control;
4. Those who have lived abroad 10 days before the examination and have completed health management such as isolation medical observation;
5. Candidates who have fever, cough, expectoration, dry throat, dyspnea, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of smell or taste and other suspected symptoms 10 days before the exam should go to the medical institution as soon as possible to eliminate COVID-19 before taking the exam.
2、 Before the exam, candidates should understand the exam and control requirements in detail
Candidates should conduct self health monitoring 10 days before the test (from July 13) and measure their body temperature by themselves. 4. All candidates must provide a negative nucleic acid test certificate (paper or electronic version) within 48 hours before taking the exam. The Nucleic Acid Test Report is calculated based on the sampling time, and is considered valid on and after July 21.
5. It is suggested that candidates should arrive at the examination site in advance according to epidemic prevention requirements to avoid failure to take the examination on schedule; At the same time, reduce social activities and avoid going to crowded places.
3、 During the examination, the examinee should actively cooperate with the implementation of the examination and epidemic prevention regulations
1. Candidates must provide the Nucleic Acid Test Negative Result Report (hereinafter referred to as the Nucleic Acid Test Report) issued by a regular medical institution within 48 hours upon admission. The Nucleic Acid Test Report is a paper report issued by a nucleic acid test institution or an electronic report retrieved through online real-time query of the "Longjiang Health Code" and the "State Council Client" applet. Any person who conceals or falsely reports the key information of epidemic prevention and control, such as the travel history, contact history, and health status, resulting in the spread of the epidemic or other serious consequences, will bear the corresponding legal responsibility.
2. On the day of the test, candidates should arrive at the test site for admission verification at least 60 minutes before the start of the test. They should accept temperature measurement and identity verification in the specified area. The distance between candidates should be more than 1.5 meters. Candidates should not wear masks to affect their identity recognition. Candidates in low-risk areas should wear masks before entering the examination room. After entering the examination room and taking a seat, candidates can decide whether to continue wearing masks (if there are special requirements of the examination site, please follow the requirements of the examination site). Candidates in non low-risk areas and standby isolation examination halls should wear masks throughout the process.
3. On the day of the exam, the examinee will take the exam with the examination permit, resident ID card, Nucleic Acid Test Report, Health Commitment, and Health Monitoring Card. When examinees enter the test site, they need to scan the "Longjiang Health Code", "Communication Big Data Travel Card" and measure their body temperature. If the examinee whose body temperature is ≥ 37.3 ℃ needs to take a temperature retest, if still unqualified, the full-time medical personnel at the examination site will comprehensively study and judge whether they are qualified to take the exam normally.
4. On the day of the exam, after completing the scanning of "Longjiang Health Code" and "Communication Big Data Travel Card" according to the entrance requirements of the exam site, candidates need to hand over their mobile phones to the entourage or put them in a designated location. Mobile phones and electronic devices are strictly prohibited in the exam room.
5. If the examinee has respiratory symptoms such as fever and cough during the examination, he/she should go to the staff of the registration point in time. After research and judgment, candidates who are qualified to continue to complete the exam will be arranged to take the exam in the spare isolated examination room, using spare test papers and answer cards.
4、 After the exam, candidates should evacuate safely according to the requirements of the exam site
After the examination, the examinee should wear a mask and take his/her personal belongings to leave the venue in order as instructed by the invigilator. The requirements of the health department, disease control institutions and medical institutions shall be followed after the examination in the isolated examination room.
5、 Other requirements
1.
