So, what kind of shaking is Parkinson's disease? Zheng Yongling said that one side of the body can be moved to clench or release the fist, and the other side of the hand may appear similar to counting money or rubbing pills. This tremor will be relieved when exercising at will, will disappear when sleeping, and will be aggravated when nervous.

Zheng Yongling said that there are three methods for early self testing of Parkinson's disease. First, raise your hands horizontally and turn them back and forth as fast as possible; Second, after the hand is level, clench the fist and release the fist as fast as possible; Third, the index finger and thumb should be pointing at each other as fast as possible. If you cannot successfully complete the three movements, you need to be alert.

Finally, Zheng Yongling recommended a set of "Parkinson's Vigorous Exercises". The ten fingers clasp together to protect the heart, relax and smooth the flow of qi in the heart, tap Jiquan to connect the meridians, tap Zhongfu to prevent angina pectoris, Quze Neiguan to prevent chest pain, beat Daling to treat heartache, hit the thenar strong heart, boxing Laogong to clear the heart fire, and pat the pericardial meridian to relieve heart depression.
