Tamp Basic Teaching Skills and Improve Teaching Ability

On April 29, the Affiliated Rehabilitation Hospital of Nanchang University held a drill test of undergraduate teaching access ability to further strengthen the training of teachers. The test was hosted by the Teaching Development Center for College Teachers of the Academic Affairs Office of Nanchang University, and senior experts Zhang Guowen, Zhang Chunping, Gong Lan and Gong Shuqi from Nanchang University participated in the review. Deng Huan, Vice President of the Rehabilitation Hospital Affiliated to Nanchang University, attended the meeting.

This teaching drill test adopts a combination of concentrated lecture presentation and teaching. The drill trainees submit a teaching design of one class hour course, and have about 3 minutes of lecture presentation and 10 minutes of teaching presentation.

The experts listened carefully to the teachers' teaching presentation, put forward valuable suggestions from the aspects of teaching design, teaching content, teaching organization, teaching characteristics and curriculum ideology and politics, and pointed out the areas to be improved. The participating teachers have in-depth exchanges with experts on their problems encountered in the teaching process. The experts focused on classroom teaching, closely focused on teaching difficulties, shared teaching art, promoted teaching improvement, solved practical problems, explained and discussed in simple terms, and the participating teachers benefited greatly.  

This activity is not only an opportunity for teachers to show, but also an important way to improve teachers' teaching level. It provides a platform for teachers to communicate, learn from each other, make common progress and grow together, injects new vitality into the improvement of the teaching quality of the school, and also provides a basic guarantee for improving the quality of talent training.
