1. Bonus conditions

(4) According to the relevant documents of Henan Province and Luoyang City, retired college students can enjoy the preferential policy of adding 10 points to their written test scores; Retired college graduates who have been approved by Luoyang City to enlist in the armed forces enjoy the preferential policy of adding 15 points to their written test scores. Additional 2 points will be given to those who have won third class merit or above during their service. The additional points will only be counted once and will not be accumulated.

(5) According to the spirit of the provincial government documents, those who have served in Luoyang and have completed their contracts and passed the assessment of the provincial government's post purchase plan for college graduates will enjoy the policy of adding 10 points to the written test scores in the open recruitment of teachers.

The above qualified personnel who have been employed as public institution staff or recruited as civil servants through public recruitment will no longer enjoy the bonus policy.

2. Submittals

Candidates who meet the conditions for bonus points and apply for bonus points shall submit the following materials (2 originals and copies of all materials):

(1) Download and fill in the Application Form for Score Increase in Written Examination of Public Recruitment of Teachers in Luolong District in 2024 (Annex 3);

(2) Valid ID card;

(3) Written examination permit;

(4) "College Student Village Cadres" (who participated in the recruitment plan of Luoyang College Student Village Cadres in 2008 and 2009) submitted the certificate issued by the organization department of each district (county) party committee that they have been in rural Luoyang for three consecutive years and passed the assessment and have not entered the civil service and career establishment as of December 31, 2016 (Attachment 4);

(5) Students of "three supports and one support" in our city submit the "three supports and one support" service certificate for college graduates;

(6) The volunteers of the Western Plan for College Student Volunteer Service of our province submitted the Certificate of College Student Volunteer Service of the Western Plan and the Service Appraisal Form of the Western Plan for College Student Volunteer Service, and the volunteers of the Western Plan for College Student Volunteer Service of our province submitted the Certificate of College Student Volunteer Service of the Poor County Plan Volunteer Service;

(7) The retired college student soldiers shall submit the Identification Form of University Graduated Retired Soldiers Enjoying Preferential Conditions for Recruitment in Public Institutions (Annex 5), the enlistment certificate, the demobilization certificate and the graduation certificate;

(8) Those who have served in Luoyang and have completed the contract and passed the assessment of the government job purchase plan for college graduates in our province shall submit the Certificate of Basic Level Service for the Government Job Purchase of College Graduates in Henan Province.

3. Specific time and place for submitting bonus materials

Time of submission: 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 15:00 p.m. to 17:30 p.m. from July 8 to July 9, 2024.

Place of submission: the second floor of the extracurricular activity center for young students in Luolong District (No. 5 Taikang Road, Luolong District, Luoyang City).

If the applicant fails to apply for and submit the score adding materials within the specified time, he/she will be deemed to have waived the qualification for score adding and will not enjoy the score adding policy. All the score adding materials must be submitted by the candidate himself/herself according to the specified time and place, and no other person may be appointed.
