National debt is a kind of government bond issued by the central government to raise financial funds. It is a debt certificate issued by the central government to investors that promises to pay interest and repay principal at maturity. As the issuing subject of national debt is the country, compared with other savings products, it has the characteristics of high security, low investment threshold, stable income, small discount of interest realized in advance, and is loved by the masses.

Selling government bonds on a commission basis is an important measure taken by Qianxinan Prefecture Branch of Postal Savings Bank to meet the financial needs of rural residents and implement the policy of serving "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" and rural revitalization. The Bank gave full play to its network advantages, adhered to the positioning of serving "agriculture, rural areas and farmers", urban and rural residents and small and medium-sized enterprises, and is currently working together to promote national debt in the countryside through 74 outlets throughout the prefecture, striving to send national debt knowledge to villages and enterprises.

In the next step, Qianxinan Prefecture Branch of Postal Savings Bank will effectively strengthen the training and learning of sales personnel in township outlets, improve the professional knowledge and marketing skills of national debt, continue to carry out activities to send financial knowledge to the countryside, do a good job in the education of investors' financial knowledge for the vast number of residents, and truly benefit the vast number of farmers.
