Notice on Recruitment of Contract Teachers in Zhenfeng Vocational and Technical School in 2024
In order to promote the balanced development of vocational education in Zhenfeng County and optimize the structure of teachers, 14 teachers are recruited from the society. The specific work is announced as follows:
01 - Recruitment principles
The recruitment work is carried out in strict accordance with the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit, and the procedures of formulating recruitment plans, publishing recruitment announcements, organizing enrollment, qualification review, interview, physical examination, inspection, publicity and employment.
02 - Posts and number of employees
It is planned to recruit 14 hired teachers, and the specific recruitment posts are attached below (each person is limited to one post).
03 - Recruitment Conditions
（1） Application conditions:
1. Support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, love socialism, abide by discipline and law, be upright in conduct, have a strong sense of dedication and responsibility, and be physically and mentally healthy.
2. The age is not more than 35 years old (those born on or after July 1, 1987, who have two years or more teaching experience in secondary vocational schools or who are "double qualified" teachers can be extended to 40 years old).
3. Preferential employment for teachers with vocational school related professional qualification certificates (including those who can obtain qualification certificates before the end of August 2024).
4. The physical condition meets the requirements of the Measures of Guizhou Province for Physical Examination of Teachers' Qualification Applicants.
（2） The person who has one of the following circumstances shall not apply for the examination:
1. Those who have received criminal punishment or are suspected of committing a crime but have not yet closed the case;
2. Having been subjected to judicial detention or administrative detention;
3. Those who have been punished by public security administration due to prostitution, whoring, gambling, drug abuse, etc;
4. Dismissal or dismissal due to serious violations of discipline;
5. Listed as the object of joint punishment for dishonesty according to law;
6. Other circumstances under which education is prohibited by laws, regulations and relevant national regulations.
04 Recruitment Procedures and Requirements
（1） Announcement
Publish recruitment announcements to the public on the official account of Zhenfeng Vocational and Technical School and the official website of Zhenfeng Education Bureau.
（2） Registration and preliminary qualification
1. Download and fill in the application form: the qualified applicants can download the Registration Form for Public Recruitment of Non staff Teachers in 2024 (see Annex 2) and fill in the form truthfully.
2. Time and place of on-site registration: July 15, 2024 to July 19, 2024 (9:00-11:30 a.m., 3:00-5:30 p.m.), the Academic Affairs Office of Zhenfeng Vocational and Technical School. The application materials submitted after the deadline for registration will not be reviewed.
3. Online registration method and time: the registration time is the same as above. The qualified applicants shall fill in the Registration Form for Public Recruitment of Off staff Teachers in 2024 and the application materials, and the originals shall be scanned and sent to the designated email address: 461377010@qq.com 。
4. Application materials: Candidates need to provide a crime free certificate issued by the local police station where their household registration is located, fresh graduates need to provide a crime free certificate issued by the local police station where their graduates are located, two originals and copies of their diploma certificates, and provide Xuexin.com to query and generate the Electronic Registration and Filing Form for Academic Certificates of the Ministry of Education with a two-dimensional code, and two originals and copies of their ID cards Two originals and copies of teachers' qualification certificates, two copies of the completed Registration Form for Public Recruitment of Off staff Teachers in 2024, and one inch bareheaded photos on the front recently.
5. Qualification review: those who pass the qualification review will wait for the interview notice. Qualification review runs through the whole process of recruitment, and applicants who find fraud will be disqualified.
（3） Recruitment form
1. The recruitment is conducted in the form of interview. The time and place of the interview shall be subject to the public account of the school. The interview is conducted in the form of lecture presentation. The content of lecture presentation is related to the subject knowledge of the candidate position (the topic of lecture presentation is determined on site). The lecture presentation time is limited to 15 minutes per person.
2. Scope of interview textbooks (vocational education textbooks and high school textbooks)
（4） Admission publicity
According to the interview results, from high score to low score, the personnel to be employed shall be determined according to the number of recruitment quota and publicized to the society. If any unqualified candidate is found during the publicity period, the vacancy shall be filled from high score to low score.
（5） Physical examination arrangement
The time and place of physical examination will be notified separately, and the expenses will be borne by yourself; The physical examination standards shall be implemented according to the physical examination standards of civil servants in Guizhou Province, and the local authoritative comprehensive hospitals above the county level shall be selected. Those who fail the physical examination and give up the physical examination will not be employed, and the vacant places will be filled according to the total score from high to low.
（6） Employment contract
After the proposed employment, the proposed employee shall sign a labor contract and go through the entry formalities. If there are candidates who give up employment, the vacant places shall be filled according to the total score from high to low.
05 Employment Management
It is managed according to the employment contract system. The contract is signed once a year and assessed once a year. During the term of the contract, the employed teacher is under the management of the employer.
06 Salary
（1） Wage composition=base salary+overtime fee+head teacher allowance+post allowance.
