Summary of Contract Professional Technicians Publicly Recruited in 2024 by the Undercurrent Branch of the Medical Community of the First People's Hospital of Qingzhen City

According to the work demand of the Undercurrent Branch of the Medical Community of the First People's Hospital of Qingzhen City, 3 contract professionals (public health professionals) are recruited from the society, and this brief chapter is formulated in combination with the actual situation.

1、 Recruitment principles

(1) Adhere to the principle of the Party governing cadres and talents;

(2) Adhere to the principle of having both ability and morality, putting morality first and appointing people on their merits;

(3) Adhere to the principle of setting up posts according to needs, recruiting according to posts, matching people with posts, and matching personnel;

(4) Adhere to the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit.

2、 Application conditions

(1) Education background, major and other application conditions meet the requirements of the position.

(2) Aged over 18 (born on or before June 24, 2006) and under 35 (born on or after June 24, 1988). Intermediate professional title and master's degree can be extended to 40 years old (born on or after June 24, 1983);

(3) Those who have the following conditions (one of them) are not allowed to register:

1. Having received criminal punishment for a crime;

2. Personnel who do not meet the qualifications and physical conditions required for the recruitment position;

3. The people's court identifies the person to be executed for dishonesty or the relevant government administrative department identifies the person to be listed as a joint disciplinary officer for dishonesty;

4. Personnel not allowed to be employed according to laws and regulations.

3、 Recruitment procedures

(1) Sign up

1. The announcement will be issued from June 11 to June 17, 2024.

2. Registration time: June 24 to June 26, 2024 (9:00-12:0014:00-17:00).

3. Registration method: on-site registration

4. Place of registration: Third Floor Office of the Health Center in Yinliu Town, Qingzhen City (No. 20, the third area of the government residence in Yinliu Town, Qingzhen City)

6. Materials required for registration: valid identity documents, graduation certificates and relevant qualification certificates shall be submitted for original review and 1 copy shall be submitted. One resume, one registration form (see Annex 2) and one online verification report of student status of the Ministry of Education queried by Xuexin.

(2) Qualification examination

The qualification review runs through the whole recruitment process. In the process of registration, qualification review, assessment, physical examination, publicity, employment and other links, if any applicant is found to be inconsistent with the qualifications required by the proposed recruitment and provides false materials, once verified, the application or employment qualification will be cancelled.

(3) Test

1. Test method: the written test and interview are combined for assessment. The total comprehensive score is 100 points, which is calculated according to the written examination score (hundred point system) accounting for 60% and the interview score (hundred point system) accounting for 40% (comprehensive score=written examination score (hundred point system) * 60%+interview score (hundred point system) * 40%). The above scores are all rounded to two decimal places.

According to the written test scores, the ratio of high to low scores and no more than 3:1 for the recruitment position will enter the interview process. If the comprehensive score is lower than 60, it will be regarded as unqualified.

3. Test location: Qingzhen Underflow Health Center

4. The examinee shall attend the test at the designated place at the specified time. Failure to attend the test on time shall be deemed as abandonment of the test.

(4) Physical examination

According to the comprehensive score, from high score to low score and 1:1 ratio of the recruitment position, the physical examination will be carried out. The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the employment standards of public institutions. Those who fail the physical examination shall be compensated according to their comprehensive scores (medical examination fees shall be borne by themselves).

(5) Political trial

Review whether the proposed personnel violate laws and regulations. In case of any disqualification in the political review, it shall be supplemented according to the comprehensive scores.

(6) Publicity before employment

The proposed staff will be publicized on the WeChat official account of the Medical Community Undercurrent Branch of Qingzhen First People's Hospital for 5 working days.

(7) Employment

1. Those who meet the employment conditions upon the expiration of the publicity period shall go through the employment procedures.

2. The personnel to be employed shall report to the unit within five working days after receiving the employment notice. If they fail to report as required, they shall be disqualified and postponed according to their comprehensive scores.
