Two years ago, in the second phase of land acquisition in Wuzhou Ceramic Industrial Park, Huang Mou, a villager in Xing'an Village, Tengzhou Town, raised a claim for high compensation fees on the ground that the compensation standard for 15 mu orchard acquisition was too low. The construction implementation party negotiated with Huang Mou for more than 10 times without success.

Up to now, Wuzhou has established 5 legal advisory expert databases and 1 chief legal advisory expert database, with a total of 15 chief experts. In 2020, it issued more than 40 legal advisory opinions for major decisions and matters of Wuzhou Municipal Party Committee and Government, provided 268 legal suggestions, handled 28 legal affairs, reviewed 69 documents, participated in 50 investigations, mediation and handling of major emergencies and accumulated cases of letters and visits, and saved more than 300 million yuan of economic losses for Wuzhou.
