The Implementation Plan for the Deep Integration Development of Guangxi's Advanced Manufacturing Industry and Modern Service Industry (hereinafter referred to as the Implementation Plan) has been officially issued and implemented recently. Guangxi has listed a "time table" to accelerate the deep integration development of advanced manufacturing industry and modern service industry (hereinafter referred to as the "two industries").
According to the Implementation Plan, pilot projects will be carried out first in 2020, and 10 enterprises, 10 projects and 5 clusters will be piloted; In 2022, we will comprehensively launch the "two industries" integration development work, and form a batch of deeply integrated development enterprises, projects and clusters with active innovation, significant benefits and prominent driving effects; By 2025, the "two industries" in the region will achieve deep integration and significantly improve the level of development, emerge a batch of service-oriented manufacturing and manufacturing service-oriented industrial clusters, enrich and improve new industries, new business forms and new models, and the "two industries" integration will become an important support for cultivating new economic drivers and promoting high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.
The Implementation Plan clearly puts forward the integration of resource-based industry and modern service industry, the integration of consumer goods industry and service industry, and the promotion of the transformation from equipment manufacturing to manufacturing service-oriented, in terms of promoting the in-depth integrated development of key industries, cultivating new industries, new business forms and new models for in-depth integrated development, and strengthening the market players for in-depth integrated development 21 major tasks, including the integration of automobile manufacturing and service industries.
Multiple tasks are closely related to the integrated development of Nanning's "two industries". For example, Guangxi will accelerate the construction of automobile industry clusters, guide the new energy automobile industry in Nanning and other places to integrate with intelligent power generation, intelligent charging, and intelligent energy consumption equipment system service enterprises, and accelerate the construction of an information service platform integrating suppliers, warehousing and distribution centers, logistics information platform integration, and production, marketing and sales information; Accelerate the construction of Nanning as a national logistics hub city, and promote the construction of Qinzhou Beihai Fangchenggang, Liuzhou, Guilin, Fangchenggang (Dongxing), Chongzuo (Pingxiang) and other national logistics hubs; Promote the application of industrial APP and other emerging technologies in logistics hubs, and accelerate the pilot work of modern supply chain system construction such as Nanning.
With the deep integration and development of Guangxi's "two industries", parks and enterprises in Nanning will also benefit. The Implementation Plan proposes to explore information (data) pilot demonstration construction, take the lead in developing big data analysis platforms/systems in key industries such as electronic information, food and medicine, and support parks such as Nanning High tech Zone to provide innovative and specialized services for manufacturing enterprises using the Internet; It also supports leading enterprises such as Nanning Fugui Precision to take the lead in promoting the construction of intelligent factories (workshops), realize the intellectualization of key processes of process manufacturing, and build intelligent factories for whole vehicles.
The reporter learned that Guangxi was among the first to identify 38 modern service industry clusters in 9 categories, of which Nanning accounted for 9. According to the Implementation Plan, Guangxi will expand the integrated development cluster area, actively promote the existing 38 modern service industry cluster areas in the autonomous region to move towards the direction of "two industries" integrated development, vigorously develop professional services such as scientific and technological information, financial leasing, inspection and testing, business services, government services, human resources services, and improve the degree of integration and development. By the end of 2020, we will identify a number of emerging service industry clusters that integrate the development of "two industries", implement the survival of the fittest, and make annual rolling adjustments.
