West St

West Street is the oldest street in Yangshuo County, with a history of more than 1400 years. It is located in the center of the county, with a total length of 1180 meters and a width of 8 meters. When Yangshuo County was set up in the tenth year of Kaihuang of the Sui Dynasty (590), there was a street about 200 meters long and 5 meters wide in the county seat. At that time, there were only a few shops dealing in daily necessities on the street, and most of the residents were farmers.
