(I) air conditioner Operating principle
Refrigeration principle
With the continuous circulation of refrigerant in a closed system evaporator Low pressure refrigerant gas of compressor Pumping in, boosting, discharging condenser Medium. When Axial fan The heat exchange of high-pressure gas occurs, the temperature gradually decreases, and the heat of indoor air is centrifuged Fan The refrigerant liquid is transmitted.
Heating principle
- Air conditioner Absorb heat from the outdoor air and transfer it to the indoor for emission, thus improving the indoor air temperature. Its heating capacity decreases with the decrease of the outside air temperature.
- The hot air circulation system can raise the indoor temperature in a short time.
- If the outdoor temperature becomes very low, please use it together with other heating equipment.
Defrosting
- When the outdoor temperature is low and the humidity is high, the heat exchanger of the outdoor unit will frost after the air conditioner runs for a period of time, which will reduce the heating effect. At this time, the automatic frost function is started, and the heating operation will be temporarily stopped for about 3-12 minutes.
- During the automatic frost process, the fans of both indoor and outdoor units stop.
- During defrosting, the heat lamp of the indoor unit flashes, the temperature is displayed as H1, and the outdoor unit may emit steam. This is caused by rapid defrosting, which is a normal phenomenon.
- The heating mode will resume operation after defrosting.
6、 Repair and maintenance
Before turning on the air conditioner, be sure to turn off the air conditioner and the main switch Remember that it is only allowed to open in case of power failure.
(1) Cleaning machine Device:
1. * * Disconnect power before cleaning.
2. Do not use chemical solvents when cleaning.
3. When cleaning the indoor unit, do not directly flush the indoor unit with water, because the internal microcomputer and circuit board cannot contact water.
4. Check whether the ground wire is broken or loose.
5. Check the air inlet and outlet of the indoor unit.
6. Indoor unit dedusting: * Remove the panel, clean it with soft bristle brush, water (below 45 ℃) and neutral detergent, shake off the water or dry it in the sun, install the panel cover and fasten it.
7. Dust removal of outdoor unit: clean the outdoor body and remove the dust and sundries of the outdoor unit.
(2) . Repair and maintenance:
1. If there is a problem with the air conditioning circuit, the user cannot change it by himself, and must contact the manufacturer for maintenance.
2. It is strictly forbidden to open it for maintenance in dangerous places. The external surface of the air conditioner shall not be wiped with dry cloth, but shall be cleaned with wet cloth to prevent static electricity and explosion.
3. The explosion-proof box shall be regularly inspected and maintained according to the explosion-proof requirements.
4. If there is any abnormal phenomenon during the operation of the air conditioner, it should be stopped immediately and put into use after troubleshooting.
(3) Fault guide (see the table below)
Before you request maintenance, please check the following items to save your time and money.
Fault phenomenon
|
Troubleshooting Guide
|
The dual temperature air conditioner can cool and heat, but the external fan cannot rotate
|
The main reason is the external fan of the air conditioner. If the external fan confirms whether the internal fan has an output fan voltage, it means that the internal fan is in good condition. If the fan and its line are in good condition, it means that the external fan is in good condition. If the fan and its line are damaged, it means that there is an open circuit fault in the connection of the line. If not, it means that the internal unit is faulty. Check whether it is well connected. Measure whether the relay outputs 220VAC voltage. If not, the relay contact under test has 12VDC voltage. If yes, it means the relay is damaged. If not, it means the control circuit is damaged. Replace the circuit board.
|
The switch is open, and the air conditioner does not work
|
*Is there a power failure?
*Is the plug pulled out?
*Fuse blown or switch open?
*Is the high voltage higher than 110% of the rated voltage or lower than 95% of the rated voltage?
|
Poor cooling effect
|
*Is the air inlet or outlet blocked? *Is there any other heat source inside?
*Is the air filter too dirty? *Is the fan of the internal unit in the "breeze" position?
|
The air conditioner has mist discharge
|
*When operating in refrigeration or dehumidification mode, the indoor unit has mist discharge because the indoor humid air is rapidly cooled.
|
The air conditioner is noisy
|
*There is a sound like water flow
*This is the sound of Freon refrigerant flowing inside the air conditioner.
*It's like a light rain
*This is the sound of the water generated by dehumidification being processed inside the air conditioner.
|
It seems that condensed water leaked from the air conditioner
|
*Condensation occurs when the cold air from the air conditioner cools the hot air in the room.
|
The air conditioner cannot be started and operated within 3 minutes after shutdown
|
*This is the normal temperature machine protection system.
*Please wait for 3 minutes and it will run again.
|
The air conditioner does not start and operate within 15 minutes after shutdown
|
*This is the high-temperature machine protection system at work.
*Please wait 15 minutes and it will run again.

VIII. How to install (as shown in Figure 1)
(1) Installation of indoor unit
Install the hanging plate (as shown in Figure 2)
- Use hanging line method or level ruler to level. Since the drainage pipe orifice is on the right side, the right side should not be too high when adjusting the wall hanging plate, and it is better to slightly lower the right side. (Only used for 23.26 machine). Since the drainage pipe orifice is on the left side, the left side should not be too high when adjusting the wall hanging plate, and it is better that the left side is slightly lower. (Only for 32.35 machine).
- Fix the wall hanging plate on the wall with screws.
- After installation, pull the hanging plate by hand to confirm whether it is secure. After installation, the hanging plate shall be able to bear the weight of an adult (60kg) and the stress of the fixing screws shall be relatively uniform.
(2) Installation of wall opening and wall hole sleeve
- After determining the position of the piping hole according to Figure 2, drill a hole (ф 55) inclined outwards.
- In order to protect the piping and cable passing through the wall pipe from damage, and to avoid rodent damage to the hollow wall, the wall pipe shall be installed.
(3) Install drain pipe
- The drainage hose must be arranged in a downward slope with smooth flow.
- Attention shall be paid not to twist, bulge, undulate, etc., and the water outlet shall not be placed in the water.
- The extended drain hose shall be wrapped with thermal insulation materials in the indoor part.
(4) Connect indoor and outdoor wires
- Since the indoor unit has been connected with power line, power connection line and signal control line (only for cold and warm models) as shown in Figure 3, it is only necessary to check whether there is looseness before wiring.
Warning: Since one end of the power connection line and the signal control line has been connected in the machine, the other end of the power connection line and the signal control line may be live when the machine is powered on for test run. Please pay attention to insulation to avoid short circuit or electric shock.
be careful:
When the length of the connecting wire is not enough, please contact the designated service shop to re equip a sufficient * * wire. No connection is allowed in the middle of the wire.
? Do not connect the wrong wire. The wrong wiring will cause some electrical parts to fail.
????? Tighten the terminal screws to prevent loosening.
? After tightening the screw, gently pull the wire to confirm whether it is fastened.
? If the ground wire is connected incorrectly, it may cause electric shock.
? The wiring cover plate must be fixed and pressed tightly. If the wiring cover plate is not installed properly, dust and moisture may enter or the wiring terminal may be directly affected by external forces, resulting in fire or electric shock.
(5) Installing indoor unit
1. Piping can be led out from four directions: right, right rear, left and left rear.
2. When running pipes (wires) on the right or left side, it is necessary to cut off the piping blanking part left on the host base as required (as shown in Figure 4).
(1) When only the power line is led out, cut off blanking 1;
(2) Cut blanking 1 and 2 when leading out the connecting pipe and wire;
3. Pull out the piping from the bottom shell, wrap the piping, wires and drain pipes with tape, and then pass through the piping hole.
4. Hang the claw on the bottom shell of the indoor unit on the hook on the upper part of the wall hanging plate, and move the body left and right to see if it is stable.
5. The installation height of indoor unit shall be more than 2.0m.
(6) Install the connecting pipe
