Installation and use:

  2、 During installation, the transmission shaft shall be perpendicular to the ground level, and the non perpendicularity (inclination) shall not be greater than 1/1000 of the total height of the equipment.  
  3、 Self prepared parts and safety valves on each process connection pipe of the equipment must be equipped according to the requirements of the reaction kettle.  
  4、 After installation, check whether all connecting parts and transmission parts are firm and reliable. All connecting pipes, pipe orifices, seals and the whole machine shall be subject to air tightness test and shall be free of bubbles, bubbles, drops and leaks.  
  5、 Before starting up, inject 46 # mechanical oil into the reducer, open the motor protective cover and manually rotate the fan blade to check whether there is jamming, whether there is wall scraping of the mixing paddle, and clean the dirt in the kettle before starting up.
