According to the survey, many elderly people look forward to a series of convenient door-to-door services such as haircuts, rain gear maintenance and so on. Many elderly people say that they hope that communities, elderly care posts, caring institutions and social caring people can provide more considerate services than hiring people to solve these problems.
Hair cutting in hand, warmth in heart
”My son bought a hairdresser before and cut my hair once a month, but he is busy with his work now. He went out for several months before coming back. My hair has grown very uncomfortable. "Grandpa Liu queued up at the elderly activity center to have a haircut. He communicated with his grandparents around him about the family situation.
"The nearest barber shop is 1km away from home, and it's very tiring to walk for nearly half an hour.".
In the district where they live, there are often many volunteers who carry out barber day activities and gather their grandparents in the elderly activity center. They are all in the same village, and they know each other. They talk about home while waiting. After haircut, grandparents looked fresh and neat, and the whole person looked much more energetic. "Thank you very much, always thinking of us old people..." Grandparents tried to express their gratitude, and the activity site was full of peace and warmth.

Clean up, love all over the house
Grandma Zhang came to have her hair cut in a wheelchair. Everyone was not sure that she would go home alone, so they decided to take her home together. Grandma Zhang's home is not big. There are only two small bungalows, one for cooking and the other for bedroom.
When we opened the door, we saw a messy scene, with tables and chairs scattered, and used pots and bowls piled on the ground; The kitchen windows were covered with grease and smelled bad. Grandma Zhang looked pale and said with guilt, "My leg is broken, my wife has left, and my daughter has no time to come back after marrying out of town. I want to clean it up."

Looking at the new house, Grandma Zhang was so excited that she cried. Now she is too old to work because of her health problems.

They cut their hair, sharpened scissors, repaired small household appliances, and helped them clean up. Although it seemed insignificant, it actually went into their hearts, giving them a sense of happiness and security. We believe that each of us is a beam of light, which can illuminate ourselves and others. We will do something within our power for those who are in trouble, and send warmth and sunshine to their lives with love.

2、 Project budget

3、 Project Execution Plan
(1) Service time: long-term
From January to February every year: project initiation, review and update project details;
From March to May every year: after project training, the staff will go to the assisted areas to conduct demand research and record and verify the assistance information;
From June to July every year: three parties compare prices and complete material procurement according to the actual needs of the recipients;
From August to December every year: carry out convenience services and material distribution, project implementation feedback, and fund raising for the next stage.

① Disabled persons, households with five guarantees and families with minimum living allowances; The name list shall be provided by the community or relevant unit to ensure the truth of the beneficiaries.

4、 Description of execution capability
Jiangxi Qingyuan Hongji Charity Foundation was registered by Jiangxi Provincial Ethnic and Religious Affairs Bureau and Jiangxi Provincial Department of Civil Affairs, and was officially established in December 2014 as a provincial public fund. Since its establishment, the Foundation has always abided by the national constitution, laws, regulations and policies, practiced socialist core values, and upheld social morality.
