On the morning of May 6, when the reporter walked into the construction site of the Etouxi Bridge project, he saw that large equipment such as cranes, excavators and transport vehicles were in constant operation, construction workers were busy, and the steel box girder weighing 100 tons landed steadily on the bridge deck in the roar of machines. 
"Now the workers are lifting the right deck steel box girder. It is planned that the steel box girder will be completely paved by the end of June, and the bridge deck precast slab installation, cement pouring and other processes will begin." Shuai Yajun, the site management technician of the Etouxi Bridge project, told reporters that the overall construction progress of the bridge has been completed by 50%, and it is expected to be open to traffic by the end of December this year. 
It is reported that the Etouxi Bridge is located in the "city living room" of Fuzhou Modern Logistics City, across the Xianyi River, and is a key node project of Niuxi Avenue, one of the south-north "arteries" of Fuzhou Modern Logistics City. The total cost is 130 million yuan, the total length is 289.25 meters, and the bridge is 40 meters wide. It is also the largest span non prestressed corrugated steel web composite box girder bridge in China at present. After the completion of the project, it will accelerate the formation of the internal road network of the logistics city, smooth the traffic "vein", and further enhance the image of the "city living room".
