Super typhoon "Dussuri" is approaching! High tech zone is ready!

On July 25, after watching the city's No.5 "Dussuri" typhoon defense conference, Fuzhou High tech Zone re deployed the work of comprehensively defending No.5 typhoon "Dussuri". Wei Bangzhong, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the High tech Zone, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech. Fan Xueshuang, Director of the Management Committee of the High tech Zone, attended.

Wei Bangzhong proposed that, first, we should do a good job of on duty work, and all departments should strictly implement the 24-hour flood control on duty and leadership on duty system, enter the real-time prevention state, establish and improve the emergency response mechanism of department cooperation and linkage from top to bottom, and ensure the orderly and efficient progress of flood control and disaster relief work; Second, we should do a good job in drainage. We should sort out the waterlogging points within the jurisdiction again, identify the patrol responsible person of each point, immediately go to the responsible point for patrol in case of rain, find out the low-lying areas, determine the drainage path, get through the blocking points of all parties, prepare in advance, and plan carefully; Third, consolidate the flood control plan, enrich the flood control materials, do a good job in material distribution and reserve, emergency team personnel reserve, disaster avoidance point construction and other work, and do a good job in emergency preparedness. All departments shall coordinate the national comprehensive fire rescue team, various professional rescue forces and social rescue forces to deal with sudden disasters and dangerous situations at any time; Fourth, it is necessary to do a good job in summarizing relevant situations, so as to realize early discovery, early report and quick response, and ensure that information reports are timely and emergencies are handled quickly; Fifth, do a good job of line patrol to ensure power supply safety and prevent secondary disasters caused by typhoon.

Fan Xueshuang pointed out that the relevant departments should make emergency plans, carry out dredging, widening and deepening at the river bayonet, clean up the soil around the river, ensure that the river in their jurisdiction is unblocked, and deploy targeted defense measures.
