3、 Production resources of
(1) Production site
The enterprise shall be established in an area free from harmful gases, smoke, dust, radioactive substances and other diffusive pollution sources. The workshop of edible vegetable oil production enterprise is reasonably designed and can meet the requirements of production process. Places of different natures of enterprises can meet their respective production requirements.
The workshop has enough space to facilitate the storage and transportation of equipment and materials, sanitary cleaning and personnel passage.
Roads in the plant area shall be paved with concrete, asphalt and other hard materials that are easy to clean to prevent ponding and dust flying.
Plants and facilities shall strictly prevent rats, flies and other pests from invading and hiding.
The production area (raw material warehouse, finished product warehouse, processing workshop, etc.) should be separated from the living area.
(2) Production equipment of
1. The enterprises engaged in the production of pressed oil shall have
(1) Screening equipment; (2) Crushing equipment (when crushing is required); (3) Softening equipment (when softening is required); (4) Embryo rolling equipment (when it is necessary to roll); (5) Steam frying equipment (when steam frying is required); (6) Press equipment; (7) Shelling equipment (when shelling is required); (8) Centrifugal separation equipment (when centrifugal separation is required); (9) Other necessary auxiliary equipment.
2. Enterprises producing oil by leaching method shall have
(1) Screening equipment; (2) Crushing equipment; (3) Softening equipment; (4) Embryo rolling equipment; (5) Leacher; (6) Evaporator; (7) Stripper; (8) Steam stripping; (9) Other necessary auxiliary equipment.
3. Enterprises that adopt water substitute oil production should have
(1) Water washing equipment; (2) Baking equipment; (3) Grinding equipment; (4) Mixing and vibrating equipment; (5) Filtering equipment;
4. Oil refining equipment
(1) Filtering equipment; (2) Degumming equipment (oil refining pan, centrifuge); (3) Alkali refining equipment (refining pot, centrifuge); (4) Decolorization equipment (bleaching tower); (5) Deodorization equipment (deodorizer); (6) Dewaxing equipment (when dewaxing is required); (7) Packaging equipment; (8) Other necessary auxiliary equipment.
5. Grease fractionation process equipment
(1) Cooling crystallization tank; (2) Separation facilities (filtration, suction filtration or centrifugal equipment); (3) Refrigerant system.
6. Edible vegetable oil packaging enterprises shall have
(1) Oil storage tank; (2) Automatic or semi-automatic quantitative filling equipment; (3) Other necessary auxiliary equipment.
The listed production equipment shall be configured according to the needs of production process design.

5、 Relevant requirements for raw and auxiliary materials
It is forbidden to use raw materials mixed with non edible vegetable oils and fats to produce edible vegetable oils. The raw and auxiliary materials used by the enterprise to produce edible vegetable oil comply with the national standards and industrial standards.
