The main exhibition area of this Expo covers a total area of 450000 square meters, including 10 exhibition halls, solar greenhouse high-yield cultivation area, vegetable museum, leisure farm and outdoor exhibition area. The exhibition focuses on the latest scientific and technological achievements, cutting-edge practical technology, famous, excellent, rare and special varieties and vegetable culture of vegetables, seeds and related industries. It displays more than 2600 vegetable varieties, including more than 600 new varieties, more than 80 advanced planting models and more than 100 cutting-edge technologies. The exhibition adopts the mode of combination of field planting and booth display, vegetable gardening and culture and art, economic and trade negotiation and tourism, comprehensively gathers, displays, exchanges and promotes new technologies, new varieties, new achievements and new ideas in domestic and foreign vegetable industries and related fields, improves the "Shouguang Mode", and combines "Shouguang Manufacturing" with global high-quality vegetables, seeds, seedlings The modern agricultural machinery industry is connected to create a profit increasing pole.

In recent years, Shouguang City, as an important part of Weifang National Comprehensive Agricultural Zone, has accelerated to build a comprehensive service base for the national vegetable industry, promoted the comprehensive transformation from growing vegetables and selling vegetables to exporting technology, standards and models, and become the founding unit of the national rural revitalization demonstration county. Shouguang vegetable industrial cluster in Shandong, with Shouguang as the core, was identified by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the Ministry of Finance as one of the first 50 advantageous characteristic industrial clusters in China. Shouguang was selected into the list of the first batch of agricultural modernization demonstration areas in China, and became the first batch of modern agricultural strong counties in Shandong Province.

We promoted 12 "Weifang standards" and "Shandong standards" to become "national standards", built 65 standard bases in 30 regions in China, such as Xiong'an New Area in Hebei, Quzhou in Zhejiang, and more than half of the newly built vegetable greenhouses in China have "Shouguang elements".
It has the most advanced vegetable seed industry. The number of independently researched and developed vegetable varieties reached 205, accounting for about 1/2 of Shandong Province. The annual breeding capacity of seedlings reached 1.8 billion, accounting for about 1/4 of Shandong Province. It has become one of the national vegetable seed industry innovation bases.
It has the highest quality vegetable brand. Successfully registered the regional public brand of "Shouguang Vegetables", elaborately created single brands such as "Cuixi Yipin" and "Gushuo Tomato", 85% of farmers entered the industrial operation system, more than 80% of garden vegetables entered Beijing, Shanghai and other large and medium-sized cities in the form of brands, and the reputation of "Shandong is the focus of national agriculture, and Weifang is the focus of Shandong agriculture" continued to improve.
Thanks to the modern agriculture with high efficiency and high added value, Shouguang farmers are getting richer and better. This activity is planned to cover 17 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) in China with a journey of 50000 km in one year and four routes including the north line, the west line, the south line and the border line.
