The project has been implemented for more than 6 months and is currently being implemented, but the government purchase service projects, charity projects, and 37 award-winning projects in the 2023 Public Welfare Venture Capital Competition cannot be declared; The application fields are rural industry revitalization, rural talent revitalization and other contents related to rural revitalization; The applicants are social organizations, foundations, and social service institutions registered in the civil affairs department according to law. Those who have serious violations of discipline and law, have been imposed administrative penalties or have caused adverse social impact, have been listed in the abnormal activities list or have been listed in one of the serious violations of law and dishonesty list by the civil affairs department will not be declared for participation; The declaration time is from May 10 to July 31.
