The Mayday "2024 Just Love It!" Tour Concert Quanzhou Station will be held in the Gymnasium of Jinjiang Second Sports Center on the evening of April 27, 2024. In order to ensure traffic safety and order during the event, it is decided to implement traffic control on relevant sections according to Article 39 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China. Relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

Control time: 18:00-23:00, April 27

"Three circles" traffic control area:

1. Control area: including the two body center, namely, the area enclosed by Shuanglong Road, Coastal Passage, Shoes Textile Avenue and No. 3 Road. All vehicles except those with permits are forbidden to enter.

2. Control area: the area is surrounded by Shuanglong Road, Coastal Passage and Jinxin Road. Temporary parking areas are set up for some roads in the area, and traffic control is implemented in good time. Vehicles under control in the direction of Jinjiang Bridge turn right from No. 2 Road and No. 3 Road to enter the control area. Shuanglong Road (from the light controlled intersection of Shaifang Avenue to the light controlled intersection of Coastal Corridor) is temporarily closed during the audience's mobilization and demobilization.

3. Diversion area: the main road intersections outside the control area, including Shuanglong Road, Jinxin Road, Xiedu Road, Coastal Channel, Jiangbin South Road, etc.

Visitor access route:

When entering the site, enter from the south gate of the Two Body Center; When exiting, all channels of the two body center are open, and you can exit. Close the auxiliary road on the north side of the second body section of Shuanglong Road as a buffer area for visitors to enter and exit. The west gate of the venue (on the side of the Shoes and Textile Avenue) is the main evacuation channel for spectators in the stands.

Temporary parking area:

1. Parking area for spectator vehicles: mainly the parking lot of the International Shoes and Textile City. Temporary parking areas are set up on the motorways on both sides of No. 3 Road, the motorway on the west side of the Shoes and Textile Avenue, and the auxiliary road on the west side of the Shoes and Textile Avenue (all one lane near the roadside) as a supplement.

2. Shuttle bus parking area: Line ①, Line ② buses stop at Shuanglong Road (Jinxin intersection to the motorway on the north side of Sifang Avenue), Line ③ buses stop at the motorway on the east side of Sifang Avenue (one lane on the roadside), and temporary parking area for shuttle buses is set.

3. Online car hailing and taxi boarding and alighting area: A temporary parking area for online car hailing and taxi boarding and alighting is set on the auxiliary road on the east side of Shoes and Textiles Avenue. It is required that online car hailing and taxi boarding and alighting are completed, and they can stop and leave immediately.

Free return bus shuttle line:

It is connected by three routes:

① Shuanglong Road [South Section of Shuanglong Road Wuyue Square] - Xiedu Road (Qiyi Intersection) - Huguang Road Heping Road [Qinghua Huandao Sunshine Overpass Peace International Square Lanfeng Community] - Antai Road (SM World City SM West Station);

② Shuanglong Road (South Section of Shuanglong Road (Second Sports Center) - Wuyue Plaza - Aile International Hotel) - Century Avenue (Honor Hotel - Wanda Plaza - Gymnasium - Baolong Plaza - Baolong City Plaza)

③ Shaifang Avenue (West Gate of the Second Sports Center of Jinjiang City) - No. 3 Road - Coastal Corridor - Jiangbin South Road (Wanbao Road Crossing - Strait Petrochemical Road Crossing) - Citong Bridge - Citong Road [middle section of Citong South Road] - Fengze Street [Children's Hospital] - Jiuyi Road [Quanzhou Cultural Palace]

1. [Green travel] In order to avoid road congestion, it is recommended that you choose green vehicles to travel in advance.

2. [Self driving travel] If you drive by yourself, you can bypass the congested road according to the real-time prompt of mobile phone navigation. Vehicles can be parked in: ① the rightmost lane of No. 2 Road; ② The rightmost lane of No. 3 Road; ③ Jinjiang International Shoes and Textile City Parking Lot; ④ The most right lane of the auxiliary road and the most right lane of the main road are from north to south on the Shoes and Textile Avenue.

3. [Free return bus after the concert] There is a free return bus after the concert. Please go according to the on-site guidance. Shuanglong Road (South Section of Shuanglong Road): Line ①: Venue SM West Station; ② Line No. 1: Venue - Baolong City Square. West Gate 4: Line ③: the venue - Quanzhou Cultural Palace.

4. [Online car hailing/taxi travel] If you need a taxi, please go to the designated online car hailing/taxi boarding point to take the bus: the rightmost lane of the main road from south to north on the Shoes Textile Avenue.

5. [Reminder from Traffic Police] It is recommended that you take a taxi or an online car hailing service that is officially operated, and you should not take an illegal bus that is privately soliciting customers and has no operation qualification.
