On the morning of September 26, the first demonstration class of political rotation training for leading cadres of provincial public security organs was held in Fujian Police Academy. Li Jiancheng, Vice Governor and Director of the Public Security Department, made a mobilization for the opening of the class, and gave the first lesson to all participants under the title of "Taking a Distinctive Attitude towards Politics, Improving Ability, Implementing Efforts to Promote the High Quality Development of Fujian Public Security Work and Team Building".

Focusing on how to become a politically competent leading cadre, Li Jiancheng stressed the need to adhere to the "five musts" from the perspective of politics, that is, to be quasi political, to stand firm in political positions, to improve political ability, to strengthen political responsibility, and to implement political responsibility, so as to stand up and be strong in politics and truly become a political man. Focusing on how to improve the leadership ability to play the role of "head goose", from the methodological level, it is emphasized that "seven musts" must be achieved, that is, we must think deeply, carefully, and be good at judgment, and work in an orderly manner; We must establish a correct orientation in selecting and appointing people, and strive to create a good political environment; We must practice the concept of law enforcement for the people and promote the administration according to law to achieve new results; We must firmly establish the bottom line thinking and firmly grasp the initiative of work; We must have a tenacity that will not stop until we reach the goal, and devote ourselves to doing everything well; We must adhere to integrity and self-discipline, and play the role of wind vane for the whole police; We must strengthen the sense of unity and unite the strong joint force of doing business.

Li Jiancheng requested that, at present, the tasks of major events and festival security work are very heavy. We should cherish the rare learning opportunities, deeply study and think, strictly observe training discipline, strengthen training management, and concentrate on intensive training. We should keep in mind the instructions and shoulder the heavy burden, work hard and forge ahead bravely, and work hard to promote Fujian's public security work and team building to a new level and achieve new improvement with never slacking off.

In order to deeply study and implement Xi Jinping's thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, implement the requirements of the Regulations on Cadre Education and Training and the National Cadre Education and Training Plan (2023-2027), consolidate and deepen the first batch of thematic education achievements, and promote the second batch of thematic education to go deep and practical, the provincial public security department has transferred and trained the main leading cadres of the departments, municipal and county public security organs in three phases, Leading cadres lead the training and drive the political rotation training of the whole police, further consolidate the ideological foundation of the whole police's firm support for "two establishment" and "two maintenance", and forge a strong public security iron army of "three absolutes" and "four irons".

The first demonstration class of political rotation training has a total of 74 leading cadres from public security organs in some cities and counties of the province and main responsible comrades from departments and subordinate units participated in the training.
