After the system went online, it was found that there was response delay, stuck and other phenomena. According to the research and judgment of technical experts, the current system response delay, stuck and other phenomena have nothing to do with the nucleic acid detection system software. At about zero o'clock on September 3, after network adjustment, the system ran smoothly and the efficiency was greatly improved. On that day, 12 million samples were collected. At about 13:00 on September 3, the system could not be accessed again. After troubleshooting, it was found that the network was faulty. After the network connection was restored, the system resumed operation at about 14:00. The relevant departments are investigating the cause of the specific network failure.
