Shanghai April 6, 2006 (China Business Telecom) - The Shanghai Stock Exchange issued a notice on the creation of Hangang warrants by securities companies. The full text is as follows:
All member units:
Hangang warrant (transaction code "580003", transaction abbreviation "Hangang JTB1", exercise code "582003"
, the exercise code is referred to as "ES070404") will be traded on the Exchange on April 7, 2006. Qualified securities companies can create the same kind of Hangang call warrants according to the relevant provisions of the Notice on Matters Related to the Creation of WISCO Warrants by Securities Companies issued by the Exchange. The created warrants can be traded on April 12, 2006.
