China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd. Shanghai Branch has gone through the corresponding registration procedures. The number of China Merchants Bank put warrants that the company was allowed to cancel this time was 8 million, and the terms of the warrants were identical with those of the original China Merchants Bank put warrants (transaction code: 580997, transaction abbreviation: CMB CMP1, exercise code: 582997, exercise abbreviation: ES070901).

The official effective date of China Merchants Bank put warrants cancelled by the Company is March 22, 2006.
