Shanghai Branch has gone through the corresponding registration procedures. The number of Baiyun Airport put warrants that the Company has been approved to cancel this time is 1 million, and the terms of this warrant are identical to those of the original Baiyun Airport put warrants (referred to as Airport JTP1, transaction code 580998, exercise code 582998).
