One to three withholding units with a good degree of informatization that have opened the Internet tax system will be selected on their own, and the full withholding declaration of all employees will be implemented on a trial basis.
According to the regulations, the taxable income declared by all the individual income tax withholding in full includes: income from wages and salaries; Income from remuneration for labor services; Income from author's remuneration; Income from royalties; Income from interest, dividends and bonuses; Income from lease of property; Income from property transfer; Contingent income; Other income determined to be taxed by the financial department of the State Council. Shareholders and investors must declare the total amount of the company's share capital (investment), the amount of individual share capital (investment), etc. The deposit interest and bond interest income paid by savings institutions and securities cashing institutions to depositors and enterprise bond holders, as well as the dividend and bonus income paid by listed companies to shareholders, must be reported. The tax authorities will regularly cross check, analyze and evaluate the withholding declaration of withholding agents and individual tax returns.
