Xinjiang has favorable development conditions, especially outstanding resource endowments and regional advantages. We fully, accurately and comprehensively implement the Party's strategy for managing Xinjiang in the new era, anchor the primary task of high-quality development, continue to emancipate the mind, forge ahead, focus on the construction of "eight major industrial clusters", accelerate the release of the development potential of oil and gas, coal, minerals, new energy, low altitude economy and other industries, and at the same time speed up the removal of bottlenecks that restrict high-quality development, and spare no effort to complement the development and education of southern Xinjiang Shortcomings in science, technology and talents, constantly consolidate the foundation of modernization, and focus on cultivating the advantages of latecomers. The Association will actively build bridges and promote cooperation to help Xinjiang achieve high-quality development.
