Free freight after our company confirms the loss; The declared value of compensation shall not exceed USD50/EUR40;
② Online (after the service provider picks it up): Freight is not exempted, and the declared value of compensation shall not exceed USD50/EUR40;
① No Internet access: no data required;
② Online: screenshot of platform refund (with transaction order number) or reissue order number/reissue certificate (not our company);

③ Claim requirements: a. It needs to meet the time limit for claims; b. No track update or inspection results (except for abnormal tracks such as delivery failure, arrival proxy, return, customs withholding and other scenarios); c. The claim is valid within 90 natural days after delivery;

remarks:
1. For the product compensation standards not listed in the table, please contact the corresponding customer service&sales personnel for consultation
The customer compensation scheme of special agreement price shall be subject to the quotation list
2. In peak season (October 1st to December 31st), claims settlement will be postponed for a certain period of time on the above compensation standards, including 5 days in the warehouse,
The final process shall be postponed for 10 days.
3. Unimail priority registration - electrified/ordinary goods, standard registration electrified/ordinary goods - France/Belgium/Poland/Denmark/Finland/Netherlands/Luxembourg/Portugal/Sweden/UK, standard registration 2 electrified - UK: only the order number is required for opening the query, no refund screenshot is required, but when receiving the query result feedback and submitting the data for claim, please submit it in time within 2 working days, Avoid failure to obtain compensation from service providers due to delayed provision.
4. Force majeure and other uncontrollable emergencies are not within the scope of the above compensation standards, including but not limited to the detention or delay caused by the customs/airline company/warehouse and other reasons, the impact of sudden weather or disease, changes in the national policy of the destination, local strikes, etc.
5. Overseas return refers to the products with "return and reassignment services" in the quotation list and the customer has checked the return service, and ① in the United States: the products have not been returned 30 days after the first update of the return track; ② Other countries: If it is not returned within 60 days after the first update of the return track, the compensation conditions are met, and the claim is valid within 180 days after the first update of the return track.
