Force majeure and other uncontrollable emergencies are not within the scope of the above compensation standards, including but not limited to the detention or delay caused by the customs/airline company/warehouse and other reasons, the impact of sudden weather or disease, changes in the national policy of the destination, local strikes, etc. 5. Overseas return refers to the products with "return and reassignment services" in the quotation list and the customer has checked the return service, and ① in the United States: the products have not been returned 30 days after the first update of the return track; ② Other countries: If it is not returned within 60 days after the first update of the return track, the compensation conditions are met, and the claim is valid within 180 days after the first update of the return track.
