"This concentrated reverse discharge has pushed the vehicle network interaction technology from the experimental stage to the practical application, marking that the integration and interaction of Jiangsu vehicle network has entered the substantive stage." Jiao Shize, the relevant project leader of the marketing department of State Grid Jiangsu Electric Power Co., Ltd., said that this application is the most abundant vehicle network interaction application in the country at present, involving urban fast charging stations, bus charging stations, park microgrids Five application scenarios of rural micro grid and residential charging pile cover urban and rural power grids, creating favorable conditions for large-scale application of vehicle network interaction.

It is reported that car network interaction mainly includes intelligent orderly charging, two-way charging and discharging, and can participate in application scenarios such as peak shaving and valley filling, virtual power plants, and aggregation trading. The National Development and Reform Commission, the National Energy Administration and other departments previously issued the Implementation Opinions on Strengthening the Integration and Interaction between New Energy Vehicles and the Power Grid, which proposed to vigorously cultivate a new industrial ecology of vehicle network integration and interaction, and strongly support the construction of high-quality charging infrastructure system and high-quality development of the new energy vehicle industry.

According to the opinion, by 2030, China's vehicle network interaction technology standard system will be basically completed, the market mechanism will be more perfect, the vehicle network interaction will achieve large-scale application, intelligent and orderly charging will be comprehensively promoted, new energy vehicles will become an important part of the electrochemical energy storage system, and strive to provide the power system with 10 million kilowatts of two-way flexibility adjustment capability.

At present, the National Energy Administration has taken the lead in carrying out the pilot demonstration of vehicle network interaction, and initially carried out large-scale pilot demonstration of vehicle network interaction in the Yangtze River Delta, the Pearl River Delta, Beijing Tianjin Hebei Shandong, Sichuan Chongqing and other regions with relatively mature conditions.

"Last year, we built the largest vehicle network interaction verification base in China, and have carried out dozens of orderly charging and reverse discharge service scenario applications based on different price systems. This is the largest application." Gu Zhiqiang, vice president of State Grid Wuxi Power Supply Company, introduced that the second phase of the base is currently under construction, After completion, it will have the ability to verify the cooperation and interaction of all factors in the context of new power system construction.

On June 19, the Yangtze River Delta New Energy Maker Center was inaugurated in Wuxi. The center will focus on the research and development of new energy technologies, the construction of demonstration zones and the development of industrial chains. The center covers a total area of 14514 square meters, including vehicle network interaction, liquid cooling overcharge, vehicle pile detection, power exchange facilities, new photovoltaic fans, electric hydrogen energy storage and other elements.

Gu Zhiqiang said that after the completion of the New Energy Mass Innovation Center in the Yangtze River Delta, a micro grid innovation base covering the ten major functions of "wind light charging storage inspection replacement research training integration" will be formed to realize flexible access and efficient consumption of distributed new energy, guide electric vehicles to participate in load balancing in a standardized and orderly manner, cut peak and fill valley, and effectively improve the acceptance of clean energy by the grid The allocation and regulation capacity will comprehensively serve the green and low-carbon transformation of energy, and provide a replicable and promotable demonstration model for accelerating the construction of new power systems and new energy systems.
