Recently, Jiangsu Province Zhenjiang Economic and Technological Development Zone established the Alliance for the Construction and Reform of Workers' Teams in Aerospace Industry. The alliance is composed of nine key enterprise trade unions in the aerospace industry chain. At the founding meeting, the Alliance set the goal of increasing the income of employees, strengthening the scale of enterprises and strengthening the development of the industry.

The relevant responsible person of the Employment Guidance Department of the Public Employment and Talent Service Center of the Economic and Technological Development Zone put forward guiding opinions on the skills training, skilled personnel evaluation, vocational skills competition and other work of the Aerospace Industry Alliance, and issued the List of Practical Projects of the Alliance for the Construction and Reform of the Workforce of the Aerospace Industry in Zhenjiang Economic and Technological Development Zone in 2024. The nine alliance units said that they would use the alliance carrier to make concerted efforts in strengthening school enterprise cooperation, holding municipal skill competitions and other aspects, link up with each other, further do practical things for industrial workers with practical work measures, and promote the reform of industrial worker team construction to benefit more enterprises and employees.

The head of the Federation of Trade Unions of Zhenjiang Economic Development Zone said that they would work with the first group of member units to jointly promote the industrial reform, strive to achieve the joint development of ideological and political education, the coordinated promotion of creation activities, the coordinated promotion of rights and interests protection, and the overall plan of skill upgrading, fully mobilize the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of industrial workers in the Economic Development Zone, and better play the role of the main force of industrial workers, Improve the effect of industrial cluster industrial reform.
