Chutian Metropolis Daily Jimu News (reporter Huang Zhong, correspondent An Jian, Jin Xiaojing, intern Gao Jiayi) Two men lied that they were the game anchor, used the skin as a gift to remotely control their mobile phones, and frantically swiped the bank cards of primary school students' parents. As a result, the incident happened and they were jailed. Recently, Anlu Municipal People's Procuratorate in Hubei Province filed a public prosecution, and Anlu Municipal People's Court sentenced He to one year and six months in prison for theft, with a fine of 2000 yuan; Liang was sentenced to one year and nine months in prison for theft and fined 2000 yuan.

On May 21, the prosecutor said that on a weekend in May 2023, Xiao Wei (a pseudonym), a fourth grade student from a primary school in Anlu, picked up his mother's mobile phone and entered the "Peace Elite" game hall. When friends went online, two players who claimed to be game anchors warmly invited Xiao Wei to form a team. The other party asked Xiao Wei to add his contact information and guide him to download a "sunflower" remote control app on the grounds of giving away the game skin. Under the constant guidance of the two, Xiao Wei provided the SMS verification code he received to the other party, and disclosed his mother's personal identity information such as ID card number, mobile phone number and bank card number.

Two weeks later, when Xiaowei's mother was paying for dinner in the restaurant, the shopkeeper told her that her bank card balance was insufficient. Why did the ten thousand yuan in the card disappear? She went to the bank to check the transaction flow and found that the card had been swiped 27 orders on JD APP, totaling 13722 yuan. However, she could not see the consumption record on her own JD APP, nor received the payment message, nor could the bank explain the reason. So Xiaowei's mother called the police for help.

After the Anlu police filed the case, they finally locked the suspect after careful investigation. It turned out that in order to make money and have fun, the post-95 man He Mou and the post-00 man Liang Mou targeted primary school students through mobile phone games. Xiao Wei was thus targeted. The two men guided Xiaowei to download the "Sunflower" APP, and they secretly registered a JD account on Liang's mobile phone with Xiaowei's mother's mobile phone number. They saw the verification code received on Xiaowei's mobile phone through the screen sharing function of "Sunflower", input it into the JD account on Liang's mobile phone, and completed a new JD account registration without the victim's knowledge. Later, they bound the victim's bank card to the new JD account with the same operation.

In this "divine operation", the two people can freely use Xiaowei's mother's new account to shop on the JD APP. They bought 20 pieces of daily necessities such as clothes and shoes and 7 pieces of gold products, and then sold the purchased gold products to the gold recycling store, sharing the stolen money equally. In order to prevent the victim from perceiving abnormal consumption, Xiao Wei was induced to delete and blackout the consumption SMS notification of the bank card or "Jingdong" APP when the two committed the crime.

According to the prosecutor, in addition to Xiao Wei, there are 4 other victims, all of whom are primary school students from other provinces. Between November 2022 and June 2023, Mr. He and Mr. Liang jointly or individually swiped the victim's bank card in the above way and purchased 104 goods on JD APP, involving 41071 yuan.
