"We feel very urgent. Customers' requirements for products are getting higher and higher." Xu Jing, president of Fenghua High tech, said that in recent years, more and more enterprises have taken the initiative to find Fenghua High tech and put forward high-end research and development needs.

Fenghua Gaoke, formerly known as Guangdong Zhaoqing Fenghua Electronics Factory founded in 1984, has become a leading enterprise in the domestic new component industry after 40 years of development, and ranks among the global chip component manufacturers.

"Our goal is very clear, which is to be a 'century old shop' for high-end electronic components." Xu Jing said that at present, more than 70% of the global market for passive components is consumed in China, but the market share of domestic enterprises' production capacity is only about 10%, with huge market growth. In the past two years, with the recovery of consumption in traditional industries such as household appliances, and the rapid development of new energy vehicles, AI products and other emerging fields, Fenghua High tech's capacity has been continuously improved.

At present, the domestic electronic component industry is gradually changing from low-cost advantages to high-end technical advantages. Fenghua High Tech, the "chain leader" of electronic components, has established the "Guangdong New Electronic Components Innovation Center" in conjunction with several well-known enterprises in the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, and carried out collaborative research on key and common technologies in the upstream and downstream, providing technology and talent support for the construction of electronic information industry clusters.

After leaving Fenghua High tech and driving for about half an hour, the reporter came to Chuangxin Road, Jindu Town, Gaoyao District, Zhaoqing City.

"Many enterprises on this road are cultivated by Fenghua High tech," Li Hui, chairman of Guangdong Shenghui Technology Co., Ltd., told reporters.

Li Hui, who has worked in Fenghua High Tech for nearly ten years, recalled that the imported manufacturing equipment used by Fenghua High Tech had maintenance problems, and the failure occurred in the cooling fan. They caught this technical gap in China and immediately invested in the entrepreneurship and innovation of the cooling fan. "Now this imported equipment enterprise has invested and built a factory in China, using our fans."

Although the fan is small, it is an indispensable part of electrical equipment, which determines the performance and life of the product. Founded in 2015, Shenghui Technology came from behind and started from industrial equipment and gradually expanded to the fields of automobile, consumption and medical treatment. Its fan products have made many technological breakthroughs in the four extreme fields of ultra-low temperature, ultra-high speed, ultra protection and ultra-thin and ultra-small.

At this year's Canton Fair, Shenghui Technology launched the world's first new product of ultra-low temperature fan at minus 80 ℃, which is exported to South Korea, Japan, Vietnam, India, Europe, America and other regions.

To the reporter's surprise, the refrigerator realized the localization of all parts, and the last piece of "puzzle" was actually the fan. The refrigerator has been in a low temperature environment below zero for a long time, and its working life is close to ten years, which puts forward higher requirements for fans. In the past, the fans used in refrigerators have long relied on imports.

"At present, the annual output of domestic refrigerators is about 90 million units, and the annual capacity of the company's cooling fan is more than 30 million units. It can be said that one of every three refrigerators in China uses our fan." Li Hui said that the company has obtained more than 200 national patent licenses, and related products can meet the requirements of 63 international standards.
