The work report of the county government proposed that the social security should cover the bottom and warm the heart, vigorously carry out a series of support actions to stabilize employment, improve skills and promote income growth, and further promote the provincial pilot of collective negotiation on energy level wages. Zhongguan Town is a pilot town for protecting the rights and interests of industrial workers in non-public enterprises in the province, and collective negotiation on energy level wages is one of the important measures. Huzhou Nanfeng Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. in this town is one of the first enterprises to sign special collective agreements on energy level wages. At present, after the implementation of the Post Skill Allowance System, not only the wages of workers are linked to skill levels, but also the scrap rate in the production process is reduced. "With a number of enterprises taking the lead, the enthusiasm of enterprises in the town has also been driven." Xu Jinsong, the full-time vice chairman of the Zhongguan Town Federation of Trade Unions, said that at present, the town continues to carry out signing actions through a point to area approach, and the coverage of the signing of the town's level wage collective contracts has reached more than 90%. Speaking of the difficulties in the process of promotion, Pan Jun, director of the staff service center of the County Federation of Trade Unions, said that there were some differences in the wage structure of workers in different industries. Up to now, 230 enterprises in the county have signed special collective agreements on energy level wages, and the monthly wages of more than 32000 industrial workers have risen by 200 yuan to 600 yuan, which has filled the pockets of industrial workers. Pan Jun said that by the end of this year, efforts should be made to establish independent associations in the whole county with more than 80% of the coverage of collective negotiation on level wages of non-public enterprises, and to fully cover the pilot enterprises of three-level industrial reform in provinces, cities and counties, so as to give full play to the positive role of collective negotiation on level wages in "expanding the middle and improving the low", and effectively improve the sense of gain and happiness of employees.
