During the visit, Secretary Zhang learned about this situation, immediately contacted the medical insurance window of the Labor Bureau, consulted about the relevant procedures to be handled for cross provincial use of medical insurance cards, and helped veteran cadres solve the problem of cross provincial reimbursement of medical expenses.
