According to the relevant regulations on the management of science and technology projects in Hainan Province, the acceptance results of 15 projects such as the provincial key research and development plan (high-tech direction) "the development of high-performance liquid flow battery ionic conductive film based on bacterial cellulose membrane support" are "passed performance acceptance evaluation" and "easy to build intelligent attendance system" after being entrusted to a third party for acceptance and publicityThe acceptance results of the two projects are "failure to pass the performance acceptance evaluation" (see the annex for details).
