According to the notice, the public rental housing project rent allocation method was adjusted from lottery to waiting rent allocation.
The applicant families get comprehensive scores according to their family conditions and registration waiting conditions. Each public rental housing project will determine the rent distribution objects and ranking for the applicant families according to the comprehensive scores from high to low. This notice is applicable to public rental housing projects located in six districts and four districts around the city, which are collectively raised by the city (excluding the public rental housing project of Xiqing Dasi New Home temporarily). Families within the validity period of the Notice of Tianjin Meeting the Tenancy Conditions for Public Rental Housing can participate in the waiting according to the provisions of this notice.
The total age of the applicant family, the number of members, the number of minor children, the enjoyment of rental subsidies, the priority of security and the registration waiting conditions shall be assigned points to the applicant family, and the comprehensive score shall be determined by the sum of the scores given at the time of qualification review. According to the provisions of the state and the city on the priority arrangement of security objects, the priority security situation score is 50 points, and other situations score 10 to 15 points.
