According to the notice, Beijing property service providers are not allowed to collect domestic waste treatment fees. If the charging standard of property service includes the domestic waste clearing and transportation fee, the property service provider shall not repeatedly collect the domestic waste clearing and transportation fee; Those not included can be charged according to the government pricing standards. The charging standard of domestic garbage cleaning and transportation fee is 30 yuan/household · year, which should be publicized in a prominent position in the property management area. The property service provider of the residential property management project shall not charge or in disguised form charge the owner or property user the management service fee for residential interior decoration, and shall not charge or in disguised form charge the deposit for residential interior decoration (including decoration deposit) from the owner or property user.

In addition, the notice also requires that the housing management departments of all districts in Beijing should strengthen the guidance and supervision of property service providers and strengthen law enforcement. At the same time, the property service provider shall strengthen the patrol inspection of the demolition and transformation of the common parts in the property management area, and shall not fail to perform its obligations on the ground of not charging fees.
