Never buy, and regret it! There are serious defects in the design of this product.
I bought the product on Amazon a month ago. After using it for several times, the problem of paper jam occurred. It was too expensive to take a taxi back and forth at a remote after-sales point. When I went there, I saw a black face that others owed him money. After a few glances at the machine, I said that it was caused by the problem of printing paper. It was not within the scope of three guarantees of products, and I had to pay extra for cleaning. In fact, I use the same paper on another HP printer, but there is no such problem.
HP complained that customer service also had a bad attitude, and said: If you don't believe HP after-sales, why do you go to after-sales maintenance?
Later, he realized that he was wrong and changed his mind and said that after-sales service could be repaired for free.
The product design is defective, and it is useless to repair it, just like the printer manufacturer lacks the minimum integrity, and advertising is useless no matter how good it is.
