This product needs to be installed by yourself, so it is easy to follow the instructions. It is recommended to use your own wrench when tightening screws. Because the complimentary handle is short and laborious, especially the three screws connecting the host and the upright pole. 2. Because the diameter of the main wheel of this product is too small (different machines have different diameters here), the stride length is relatively small (the detail page seems to indicate the stride length). Overall, I felt it was fairly good. 3. The pole is slightly short (I 184CM), resulting in a slightly lower grip, but it is acceptable. 4. During the training, the resistance of each gear was tried, and the overall resistance span of different gears was small. The resistance of 1-8 was increased but not obvious (I had a year of gym training experience, and different people may feel different). The heart rate could be controlled at about 140-150. Meet the purchase purpose. 5. During the training, there may be no noise due to the tightening of the newly installed screws. After 20 minutes of training, I suspect that the screws have become loose due to the training and started to squeak. (After dinner, I will wring again, and my weight is 94KG) 6. The detail page of this machine says it can bear 100KG, but the manual says it can bear 120KG. These feelings are for your reference.
