SD card is not recognized in player mode

Purchased from Amazon, it can support all the SD cards on hand and Micro SD cards with adapter cards in the card reader mode. In the player mode, among the existing SD cards on hand, the SD cards from 8M to 8G do not support it. Only the adapter card can support Micro SD cards. I don't know how large the SD card is required for this device.
