The 11th Cross Strait (Kunming Taiwan) Cultural Exchange Month was launched

On March 23, the 11th Cross Strait (Kunming Taiwan) Cultural Exchange Month was launched in Kunshan.

Zhang Zhijun, President of the Association for Cross Strait Relations, and Lianyueqin, Director of the Taiwan Affairs Office of Jiangsu Province, attended the launching ceremony.

At the event site, the industry associations and youth groups in Kunming and Taiwan jointly launched the establishment of the "Kunming Taiwan Youth Sports Exchange Cooperation Alliance" to further build a bridge for youth sports exchanges in Kunming and Taiwan.

The Cross Strait (Kunming Taiwan) Cultural Exchange Month has become a link for Taiwanese businessmen and compatriots to understand the mainland and for young people across the Taiwan Straits to get closer. Kunming and Taiwan held various exchange activities with rich fields and wide participation, and there were nearly 70 related activities in Kunshan this year.

Tang Jianzhang, secretary-general of Taiwan Frisbee Golf Association, said that through sports exchanges, cross Strait culture and other aspects can also communicate more to achieve the effect of exchange.

The cross-strait (Kunshan) Frisbee Invitational Competition of "Kunshan Hi tech Cup" kicked off on March 23. Nearly 200 athletes from both sides competed together and shared their friendship. As one of the regions with the most intensive investment from Taiwan businessmen on the mainland and the most frequent economic, trade and cultural exchanges between the two sides, Kunshan has attracted nearly 6000 Taiwan funded projects to settle down, and 100000 Taiwan businessmen and Taiwanese live here.
