2、 Authentication

3. Submittals

In principle, relevant certification materials can be submitted online through APP.

According to the requirements of the embassy and consulate "My Order" or "Message Center" tracks the progress of certificate processing , timely mail materials 。

4. Payment

The APP supports WeChat online payment (applicable to some museums), and applicants can choose to mail a check or pay fees at the museum site. If the certificate does not meet the acceptance conditions or the difference needs to be returned, the fee will be returned through the original payment channel. Once the emergency travel permit application is submitted, it cannot be withdrawn, and the online fees paid will not be refunded.

5. Submit application
