The embassies and consulates of the People's Republic of China stationed abroad (hereinafter referred to as the embassies and consulates stationed abroad) shall carry out notarization in accordance with the Notarization Law of the People's Republic of China, the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations, Sino foreign bilateral consular treaties and relevant regulations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China.
The embassies and consulates stationed abroad mainly handle the following notarization matters according to the application of the parties:
1、 Statement and power of attorney;
2、 Marital status and nationality;
3、 The signature (seal) of the instrument is true.
