Consular accreditation

1、 Application procedure

（1） Handle the foreign-related notarial certificate or other supporting documents that meet the requirements, except the documents that can directly handle consular authentication.

（2） Apply for consular certification to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or its entrusted local foreign affairs office.

（3） Apply for consular certification from foreign embassies and consulates in China.
