Some embassies of countries not party to the Convention in China have stipulated that documents applying for consular authentication should be kept and archived, and the archived documents should also be handled by the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for consular authentication. Therefore, when applying for consular authentication to the above-mentioned embassies in China, they should prepare two (more) copies of documents (all originals) according to their requirements, and handle consular authentication by the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
