Recently, Peru's Aprimac River Eni River and Mantaro River basins (mainly including Wanta and Lamar provinces in Ayakujo region, Tayakaha and Churkampa provinces in Wankavelika region, Chincheros and Andaviras provinces in Aprimak region, Lakonbencion province in Cusco region, Satipo province, Concepcion province and Wancayo province in Huning region, hereinafter referred to as the "Three River Basin") The security situation is relatively severe, and violence and public security incidents occur from time to time.

The Embassy in Peru reminded Chinese citizens to travel cautiously to Peru's "three river basins". Local personnel and institutions have closely followed the situation, strengthened security precautions, and paid attention to personal and property safety.
