Remind Chinese citizens not to go to Israel
  • Published at 08:43, October 10, 2023 Source: Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Recently, the conflict between Israel and the armed groups in the Palestinian Gaza Strip has continued to escalate. Israel has declared a "state of war". The security situation in Israel is grim. The Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Chinese Embassy in Israel remind Chinese citizens to pay close attention to the development of the local situation and not to go to Israel in the near future. Chinese citizens and institutions in Israel should keep high vigilance, strengthen security precautions and make emergency preparations. In case of emergency, please call the police in time and seek assistance from the Embassy in Israel.

In view of the current special circumstances, if Chinese citizens still insist on going after the announcement of the warning, they may face extremely high security risks and may affect the effectiveness of their assistance.
