Chongqing aerated brick Chongqing Jinyinhong Energy saving Building Materials Co., Ltd. officially resumed production

On February 26, in order to strengthen the safety production management on the construction site, ensure the smooth implementation of production after the festival, and eliminate various production safety hazards, our company specially formulated a resumption inspection plan, and conducted an integrated inspection of production before resumption according to the Resumption Inspection Plan. 　

The safety director of the company inspects the production site. During the inspection, the Notice of Hidden Danger Rectification was issued for the inspected hidden dangers, requiring relevant departments to rectify within a time limit, and all hidden dangers were rectified and rechecked as qualified.

　　
In terms of electricity use: the personnel of the Mechanical Maintenance Department and the safety personnel will check the dormitory, site and distribution area one by one, and correct the phenomenon of unauthorized connection that does not meet the requirements of formal electricity use in a timely manner. The power switch and control box shall be checked to ensure that the locks are effective. 　

　
Mechanical aspect: check whether the safety protection of processing and auxiliary equipment is abnormal, whether there is leakage and other abnormal phenomena.

　　
On site safety protection: whether there are potential safety hazards on the ground and wall. 　

Fire protection: check all fire-fighting equipment, replace expired fire-fighting equipment, and check fire hydrants, hoses, fire racks and fire boxes one by one. 　

　
Through the efforts of all parties, the preparations are as follows:
1. Safety and civilized construction have been rectified; 　　
2. All mechanical equipment on site have been maintained and overhauled.
3. Personnel: conduct safety production education for new employees.
